Microsoft re-fashions new icons for Windows 10 Notepad
Microsoft is all set to bring out some new icons for the Windows 10 applications. Importantly enough, the list of this change includes the Notepad app found at the Microsoft Store.
We are well aware of this Notepad app and its popularity has been the key to its promotion. Microsoft itself has cited its presence of 30 years in the platform as an important description of the app.
This app has been serving its users for decades in the field of writing any lucid notes to gigantic codes. And this pursuit, Notepad has outshined Windows 10 platform itself.
Microsoft has never stepped back from listening to the requests of the users. And hence on the requests submitted by them, Windows has made extensive changes and improved the end-of-line expansion, search capabilities, and in closing pop-up warning when you close unsaved content.
Windows used to be pre-installed earlier but in a few recent years, this system phenomenon was altered. Microsoft decided to split the system from software services. This was done primarily for faster feature updates and fixing bugs.
The Notepad app started with Windows 10 build 18963 and was released in 2019 by Microsoft. It was then launched in the Microsoft Store app store.
We are all hoping that this is just the beginning and we get to see many more such brand new icons.
