Facebook will host the Game Developers showcase for Oculus on March 16th

Oculus hosts the Game Developers showcase every year to share the latest development in the gaming category. However, this year, Oculus had to take a step back from organizing the GDC where hundreds of people will be together in close proximity. And the sole reason is the Corona pandemic. The pandemic has pushed every government and every organization to take extreme preventive measures. To ensure the safety of the people, Oculus has decided to announce all the latest news and announcements from Oculus during its digital Facebook: Game Developers Showcase.

The event will take place on March 16 and will last till March 19. Enthusiasts can tune into Facebook to see the latest updates regarding the new games coming to Oculus Quest and the Rift Platform.

In all likelihood, the Oculus famous game, Pistol Whip will get a sequel, along with the Beat Games developed by Beat Saber. Original titles will also come to Quest, like The Room VR: A Dark Matter from Fireproof Games, Lies Beneath from Drifter Entertainment, and Phantom: Covert Ops from nDreams.

On March 19, viewers can also access three video workshops designed to explore new and upcoming tools, as well as insider techniques and tips to help developers build world-class experiences on Quest and the Rift Platform, such as VR Business Best Practices, The Future of Playing Together and Where Multiplayer Is Going in VR and Best Practices For Launching Games on Oculus.
