India Today more known for their media forays is also making presence felt in the world of Esport now a days. India Today will be hosting a Valorant Cup for the game loves this month. 

 

India Today Valorant Cup will be played between 12th September to 27 September. The game has caught on in India. As the CS players jump to Valorant the competition is getting tougher, Valorant Cup registrations are open and last date to register is 10th September.

India Today League Valorant Cup – Tournament Format Details

The tournament will start will 256 teams, taking part in the group stages. The top 8 from the group stages will progress to the next round. The top 4 from there will battle in the semi-final while the last 2 teams standing will go head to head for the ultimate prize.

Preliminary Group Round

Round 1 – 256 teams battle for 128 spots

Round 2 – 128 teams battle for 64 spots

Round 3 – 64 teams battle for 32 spots

Round 4 – 32 teams battle for 16 spots

Round 5 – 16 teams battle for 8 spots

Group Round Top 8

In this stage, the top 8 teams will be split into two groups of 4 each. The winners and runners-up from each group will progress to the semi-finals.

Group A – Team A, B, C, D

Group B – Team E, F, G, H

Semi-finals

SF 1: Winners of Group A vs Runners of Group B

SF 2: Winners of Group B vs Runners up for Group A
