Samsung A50 is not on track and users are complaining

Are you a Samsung A50 user? If yes, then this news is a matter of concern for you. Since the latest update, Samsung A50 users have been complaining about the huge-screen with the Samsung logo on it.

The users are utterly disgusted as the glitches are creating a lot of trouble. One of them has commented that after the update, the phone was not restarting. It only displayed the Samsung logo on the screen. But after waiting for an hour, it booted but made the phone horribly slow. The user is now wishing to wait for a day or two to check on the workings of the device, else he will go on to reset it.

There are advices all over to clear cache files and boot or press power button and boot but nothing seems to be working. Finally, a lot of them have resorted to contacting the Samsung care office.
