Pokemon Go Battle League has to battle a lot to become an eSports

Running around to catch your pokemon in an augmented reality mode was indeed a cool mobile game. Yes, we are talking about Pokemon Go. The game was developed in 2016 and with the passage of time, it is trying to bring newer features.

Niantic, the maker of Pokemon Go is planning to bring out this new game. But now it seems that they want some newer additions in the game. A new “Battle League” will be the new attraction of this game from March 13, 2020.

Some users are going gaga about this news but there are some serious doubts as to whether this new feature will turn this game as an e-sport. When it first came out, it lacked any kind of battling options but this new feature does not make much of a difference.

So this new feature enables the gamer to explore more about the game but the idea of battling is not very evident in it. Actually a lot of walking is required to at least unlock this option to participate. Although this will provide newer and stronger pokemon it appears like everything will be set by type match-ups.

True and die-hard gamers are not very keen on this new game or its new feature. The name ‘battle’ encourages so much but its implemented features lack skills of a proper e-battle. Gamers are actually doubting the game’s potential of reaching newer heights in the gaming world.

Whether or not this game will manage to place itself in the list of e-sports, it will definitely force young boys and girls to come out of their houses as most of the games these days have stuffed them within the walls of the house. What do you think?
