Google Stadia Savepoint March edition has 4K made available on Chrome

Google blogged its March edition of Stadia Savepoint. Please read on to find a summary of the information provided by Google.

Seven games were added to the Stadia store. For those who don’t know, Stadia is Google’s online cloud-based gaming service. To play the games one needs a subscription, just like a Netflix or Hotstar subscription.

Some of those added games are:

DOOM Eternal, Lost Words: Beyond the Page ( first time on Stadia), Serious Sam Collection, Spitlings and Stacks on Stacks (will be added on April 1).

The content launch also included these games:

SteamWorld Quest, Steam World Dig, Steam World Dig 2, Steam World Heist, The Crew 2, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2: Warlords Of New York Expansion

Web Capture Library

You can capture the gameplay scenes by taking screenshots, or recording clips and store them on laptop or desktop by downloading them from the Web Capture Library.

4K on Web

The most important piece of information for the users was that now they could play games on Google Stadia at up to 4K resolution in the Chrome browser. The prerequisite for this was an active Stadia Pro subscription with the necessary hardware and high network speed.

The New games announced for Stadia comprised: Monoply, Monster Jam Steel Titans, MotoGP20, Relicta, The Turing Test

Google also had few updates for its Stadia Pro:

• Games that would be free to claim for Stadia Pro subscribers in April: Serious Sam Collection, Spitlings, Stack-On Stacks(On Stacks).
• Games which would leave Stadia Pro on March 31: Metro Exodus and Thumper
• Existing games which are still available to add to your collection: Destiny 2, GRID, GYLT, Metro Exodus, Steam World Dig 2, Steam WOrld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech, Thumper
• There are ongoing discounts for Stadia Pro Subscribers. Further details are available on the web or on the mobile Stadia store.
