Moto G8 Bluetooth issue goes unsolved. Users complaints on Lenovo Forums

Motorola users are facing some problems regarding Bluetooth connectivity. On the official Lenovo forums, several users have complained about the issues that they are facing while connecting a third-party device through Bluetooth.

Last year, a user complained about his Moto G8. According to his complaint, while having his Moto G8 connected to an external device, such as a Bluetooth speaker, the audio gets interrupted. While listening to songs using the same technique, all he could hear was some interference with the system, as if the connection was gone.

While a MotoAgent provided a basic solution for clearing up the issue, that of, unpairing all devices from the phone, and then reconnecting it to the Bluetooth speaker, it did not solve the problem. The user further added that resetting the device did not help and that the problem continued to exist for other external devices also, and was not limited to the Bluetooth speaker.

Another solution offered by the MotoAgent was to reset the phone’s network setting. The problem did not get solved, and it looks like it made its way through the new decade.

On the same forum, another user complained recently, that his Motorola One Power Bluetooth is not connecting to his car especially after getting his car serviced. The problem could be stemming from the new security update rolled out by Motorola. Sehgal complained that while he can connect his Bluetooth for media, but when it comes to calls, it stops responding.

Sehgal tried repairing the phone with the Bluetooth device, even tried rebooting the system but to no avail. His further complaint is that even his Android auto is not connecting to the system now.

A MotoAgent did reply to his complaints and offered the same solution offered by Moto, last year, that of a Network reset in his device.
