Winnipeg Jets' Mathieu Perreault slams NHL player safety department for not punishing high hits

Perreault took an elbow to the face from Vancouver Canucks forward Jake Virtanen on Tuesday. Now, he's threatening to swing his stick at the next player to throw a high hit his way.
