Bailo Drops New Stunner, “Minded,” with Lu-Ma

Bailo is out with a new one today that shows off a bit of a different side for the producer. Teaming up with Lu-Ma, he just dropped “Minded” on Thrive that’s more shimmering than shattering.

If that comparison doesn’t make sense to you, it probably will after you hear the opening notes of the track. Beginning with a lustrous melody and vocals from Lu-Ma, it leads into a drop that’s somewhere between future bass and lo-fi. It’s not something you’d expect from Bailo, yet it’s done with impeccable style and precision.

Personally, I believe an artist’s set should have a natural ebb and flow. Though some sets can push heavy music the whole way through, taking listeners on a journey is definitely more of an art. With “Minded” now in his arsenal, it seems Bailo is on his way.
